Cancellations/Reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If failure to notify 24 hours prior $50 flat rate fee will be charged.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. 15 minutes is considered late. I’ll have to reschedule you and $25 flat rate fee will be charged for inconvenience.

No call no shows are unacceptable. 50% of the service fee will be charged. A card is required to be on file while booking. If my attempt to charge your card fails, payment will be required before re-booking.

You are sick.

You have an active cold sore

Avoid caffeinated drinks, these dehydrate the body and is a stimulant. This will make is more difficult to remove blackheads and can possibly cause more pain with waxing services.

Instead drink lots of water and eat foods with high water content. (Peaches, cucumbers, celery)

Please still come with at least moisturizer and SPF. Even though we are cleansing the face in treatment I still recommend to apply. You are still leaving your home and exposing to the elements and exposing to the sun. Please protect your skin.

If you wear contacts, as for your comfort, please bring your case and solution.

I recommend a cap or visor post facial for more protection from the sun.

24 hours  prior of the facial avoid using harsh products like exfoliants, retinol products & AHAs.

 Avoid excessive heat (e.g, sauna, steam room, heavy work out & hot showers)

Do not wax or use depilatories for at least 48 hours after the treatment.

Don't use any medium or deep chemical peels or laser treatments for at least two weeks after your facial treatment.

The following 48 hours of the facial avoid using harsh products like exfoliants, retinol products & AHAs (glycolic or lactic acid)
